For the 2022 season we are currently looking for Farm crew/market staff as well as a Tractor driver. Jobs start as early as March, we look forward to hearing from you at any time of the year!

Farm Crew

Join the farm crew!  We hire a number of folks each year to help with the real work of the farm.  Each day is different: we might harvest in the morning, weed the onions after break, and trellis tomatoes after lunch one day and spend the next transplanting melons all day.  Our crew ranges in size through the season, but count on working with between three and seven other people every day. We have both full and part time jobs available every year.

We welcome skilled crew members and people just starting out on their farming paths to apply!

TRACTOR operator/FARM CREW

We are hiring a full time tractor driver.  While some farming experience is a big plus (and tractor experience an even bigger one), we are very happy and set up to train to the specifics of our farm and methods. This job is a good chance to be a central part of our farming year, see the farm from a tractor seat, and really learn an important farming skill.

Some experience with tractors or similar machinery is preferred.  Some farming experience is required.

 

Farm crew/ CSA market staff

We are hiring staff to work on the farm a few days and help out at our on farm CSA and/or at one of our farmers’ markets. This is a fun mix of working on the farm with the crew to grow the veggies and then meet the people who eat them! Our CSA members and regular market customers are wonderful and it’s pretty joyful to be getting them veggies each week! The markets are weekend mornings, the on farm CSA is onTuesday and Wednesday afternoon.
